These, too, are my pictures, and before you take any, I'd really, really appreciate it if you could tell me about it first...

This one turned out kind of fuzzy when I scanned it. A funny thing about this picture was that when I was drawing it, I had very little problem with who it was I was drawing. But then I drew his shoes, and for some reason that made him more real or something -- I mean, those were Voldemort's shoes! They bothered me so much that in order to finish the drawing I had to put a piece of tape over them and colour over it so I could concentrate on everything else. They don't bother me so much anymore. I guess it was one of those brief crazy spells ...
The ripply light lines between the columns on the left aren't drawn in, they're from scrubbing the pencil into the paper hard enough to make it dark, and therefore shiny.

This picture was created during a sleepover during which my friend and I picked random parts in random Harry Potter books to illustrate. And I got this one. It was only after I drew him that I realized the dwarf looks a lot like my former AP English teacher. I won't name any names, but whoever had him would probably recognize him. Anyway, if you didn't know already, this is when Harry gets his singing valentine.  And Ginny appears to have REALLY short legs, or be standing on a mysteriously sunken bit of floor.

Head back to the Main Art Page or . . .

go on to Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban . . .
